Premium plan

TasksBoard is free to use with Google Tasks. Premium is the paid tier, available as the Pro plan for one person or the Team plan for several seats. Prices are on the pricing page.

With the free Personal plan you get unlimited tasks and subtasks, the full screen board, sync with Google Tasks, Gmail and Calendar, the Chrome extension and mobile apps, and you can share up to 5 lists that you own.

Premium removes the limits and unlocks:

• Unlimited shared lists and shared boards
• Multiple boards, with names, emojis and backgrounds
• List colors and task labels
• Export to Google Sheets and Google Drive attachments
• Import from spreadsheets, notifications for shared lists and completion emails
