Update profile picture

TasksBoard displays profile pictures from Google Accounts. If pictures are not showing up, follow these steps:

  1. Enable contact sharing so that profile pictures are visible across your organization. See Google’s guide on contact sharing for instructions.
  2. Enable profile editing for profile pictures. Go to the Google Admin profile editing page and make sure the “Profile photo” toggle is turned on.

  1. Go to your Google Account profile page and upload a profile picture.
  2. Make sure the profile picture visibility is set to “Visible to anyone”. This setting is found under the profile photo options on the Google Account page.

If the picture is visible to the organization only, re-upload the picture from the Google Profile page to make it publicly visible.

Once your team has set profile pictures and you have made sure they are publicly visible, please ask them to sign out and sign in again from TasksBoard.

If it doesn’t update please ask them to go to this link https://tasksboard.com/resetLogin to get the new picture updated.
