Share lists

You can share up to 5 lists with a Free tier account and unlimited lists with a Premium account

Sharing a list with a user will duplicate the list on the user’s Google Account and sync all the changes between your two lists.

To share a list of tasks:

  1. Open the three dots menu (⋮) next to the list name you want to share.
  2. Click on “Share list” in the dropdown menu.

  1. A sharing dialog will appear with a sharing link. Copy this link and send it to your collaborators so they can join the list.

  1. Your collaborator opens the link in their browser. They will see an invitation page where they need to click Accept to join the shared list. Once accepted, you can start collaborating and assigning tasks to them.
