Share boards

Sharing board is a Premium feature and can only be done between Premium accounts

If you want to share boards with your team members you can use our Team plan.

To share a board:

1. Open the three dots menu (⋮) next to the board name you want to share. Note: the default board cannot be shared.
2. Click on “Share board” in the dropdown menu.

3. A sharing dialog will appear with a sharing link. Copy this link and send it to your collaborators so they can join the board.

4. Your collaborator opens the link in their browser. They will see an invitation page where they need to click Accept to join the shared board. Once accepted, you can start collaborating and assigning tasks to them.

Note

If you want to share lists from your default board, please move the lists you want to share to a new board and share this board instead.
