Sync with other clients
TasksBoard stays automatically in sync with every Google Tasks client. Any task you create, edit, or complete in TasksBoard will appear across all connected Google Tasks clients, and vice versa.
You can also install TasksBoard on desktop and mobile using our PWA. We do not plan on making a dedicated TasksBoard app on mobile at the moment.
Tasks with due dates show up directly in Google Calendar. You can view and manage them alongside your calendar events from the Tasks panel on the right side of Google Calendar.
The official Google Tasks app for Android syncs automatically with TasksBoard. All your task lists, due dates, and completed tasks stay up to date across both apps.
The official Google Tasks app for iOS works the same way. Install it from the App Store and your tasks will sync automatically with TasksBoard.
If you use Google Workspace apps like Gmail or Google Drive, you can access your tasks from the side panel by clicking the Tasks icon in the right sidebar. Changes made there sync with TasksBoard as well.
