You can receive notifications when tasks are added to a shared list.

This feature is available only with a .

How it works:

  • If you have a visible TasksBoard tab open, notifications will appear directly inside the app along with a sound alert.

  • If the app is in the background or closed, you’ll receive a standard system notification from your browser. Clicking the notification will open the related list.

How to enable notifications:

To start receiving notifications for shared lists:

  1. Click the bell icon at the top right of your screen.

  1. Allow browser notifications when prompted.

Notifications will only be delivered if your browser allows them and TasksBoard has permission to send them.

Notifications are only triggered when a sync is performed on TasksBoard.

This means if a change is made in Google Calendar (or another connected service), it won’t trigger a notification until one of the users of the shared list opens TasksBoard and sync occurs.
