Move your subscription to another Google account
このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。
A subscription is tied to the Google account that bought it. When that address changes, for example after a company domain change, a new surname or a move from a personal to a work account, the new account signs in as a free user and the Subscription page is empty. The support team moves the subscription to the new account.
Before you write
Section titled “Before you write”- Sign in once to tasksboard.com/app with the new account, so it exists on our side.
- If you still can, sign in with the old account too and note the plan and next payment date on its Subscription page.
Ask for the transfer
Section titled “Ask for the transfer”Write to contact@tasksboard.com with the old and the new email address. Writing from either address, or from the company domain, lets us verify the request.
After the transfer:
- the new account has Premium with the same plan, price and renewal date,
- invoice history and the saved card stay with the subscription,
- the old account becomes a free account; nothing is deleted there.
Your tasks
Section titled “Your tasks”Moving the subscription does not move your lists: they live in the old Google account’s Google Tasks. Use transfer tasks to another account to copy them, or keep both accounts side by side with several Google accounts.
Team plans
Section titled “Team plans”The owner of a Team plan is the account that pays. To hand the plan to a colleague, write to us with both addresses: the seats, members and payment method move with the plan, and the new owner manages them from the Team page. Ask the new owner to sign in once first.
If the owner has left and nobody can open the Team page, write to us from the company domain with the latest charge details.
