TasksBoard is a paid add-on for Google Tasks, billed by Qualtir, a company based in Baar, Switzerland. On a card statement the charge reads TASKSBOARD.COM BAAR ZH or TASKSBOARD.COM BAAR CHE. It comes from a subscription someone started with a Google account, often after a 7-day free trial.
Typical amounts
Section titled “Typical amounts”| Plan | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Pro (one person) | $4.99 | $47.88 |
| Team, per seat | $5.99 | $59.88 |
A Team charge is the seat price multiplied by the number of seats, so $119.76 is a yearly Team plan with 2 seats and $179.64 one with 3 seats. Students and educators pay half the Pro price. Amounts in other currencies follow the same plans; see plans and pricing.
Find the account yourself
Section titled “Find the account yourself”- Sign in to tasksboard.com/subscription with each Google account you or your company use: personal addresses, work addresses, old domains.
- The account that shows “Active” and the matching amount is the one being billed. From there you can cancel or download invoices.
On a company card, the subscriber is usually an employee who set up TasksBoard for themselves or for a team. Ask around before writing to us: only the subscriber can sign in and manage it.
Ask support to find it
Section titled “Ask support to find it”If nobody recognises the subscription, write to contact@tasksboard.com with:
- the date and amount of the charge,
- the last 4 digits of the card and the name on the card,
- the currency, if it is not US dollars.
We locate the subscription from the payment, cancel it on request and confirm by email. For privacy reasons we tell the cardholder which email domain the account belongs to, but not the full address of a subscriber who is not them. Refunds follow the refund policy.
